Good product, poor delivery.
Product works as intended, using it to charge a Google Pixelbook. The offficial Google charger that I bought is being sent back as it turned up defective (making buzzing sounds when plugged in, I deemed it unsafe) and cost three times the price. I must say though; drivers need to actually knock the door or read the instructions I left regarding delivery. I was home and the driver did NOT knock the door, instead opted to chuck my parcel inbetween my wheelie bins and call it a day. Do better. The 5 stars reflects the product, not the delivery.

Terrible
Bought at the end of December and after less than 2 months of very light usage, it has failed already. Such a shame because I had high hopes after reading the reviews. It's been connected in the same position for a laptop and plugged in a handful of times. The cable has barely moved position, however it charges on off, on off and basically no use whatsoever as impossible to get a full or half a charge. Unable to find a return / product support for this anywhere on amazon. I certainly won't be buying a cheap one again - lesson learnt - never again!
