Cons: pictures show a side carrying handle for the 21 inch carry-on luggage however there is no side handle. This will be an issue when trying to lift to place in overhead compartment of airplane. Inside does not have any shoe storage and only one small zip pocket. To remedy this . I had to purchase separately travel packing cubes for toiletries and shoes. Pros: lightweight, pretty pink color, with expandable option will fit a weeks worth of clothes nicely. Hard exterior is as described. Wheels rotate easily.
