I can't speak to the quality of the screws. I drove a couple and they seemed to hold okay. The biggest problem is that the screw heads don't sit flush with the hinges, so your cabinet doors will NOT be able to close. The concept of mortiseless hinges only works if the screw heads sit perfectly flush when installed. I tried modifying the hinges to use smaller screws and even drilled out the hinge holes to use the screws they provided. Ultimately, I purchased standard mortise style hinges which worked perfectly.

Screw heads broke off even when I predrilled oversize. throw the screws away or you will need to start over. The counter sinks are off center as well. The screws even broke off trying to remove them. Aluminum screws??

Screws are great. Made a cabinet for the bathroom and used these for the flush doors. Great hinges.

Was looking for the same hinges to replace the ones that broke on our Amish kitchen trash can after 3 years of usage. They were the exact replacement; the big box stores didn’t carry them.

I read most of the reviews before I ordered these hinges, and many people mentioned that the supplied screws are too small. I found that hard to believe, and even if true, the company surely would have fixed it by now, right? Wrong! Believe the reviews: The screws are too small! Specifically, what they provide are #4 wood screws, 3/8 inch long. If you use them anyway, like I tried to, some of the heads will slip right through the hole in the hinge. Some of the heads will twist off. And even if that doesn't happen, 3/8 inch is very short for most uses. If you substitute #6 screws, which are a common size, the heads will be too big, and won't sit flush with the hinge, so it won't quite close all the way. The solution is to use #5 screws. Unfortunately, #5 is not a common size, and many hardware stores don't carry them. I found them here on Amazon, and if you'd like to get some, do a search for "The Hillman Group Flat Phillips Wood Screw, Antique Bronze." They come in several lengths.Because of the problem with the screws, I really can't recommend these, even though the hinges themselves are fine.I'll mention one other thing: The hinges are the perfect size if you're mounting them on doors that are 3/4 inch thick. An example would be if you're putting bi-fold doors on a cabinet. If these came with the right screws, they'd be an excellent buy. As it is, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Hinges well made, only problem is the head of the screw is to big for the hole, and the hing won't close. I had to go and buy smaller screws, now the doors close properly.

I needed hinges for a side table I built and figured I would save time by getting no mortise hinges. The quality wasn’t great but I figured they would do however as I started to install them I noticed that even though they shipped with tapered headed screws there were no chamfers for them to go into. So that makes it impossible for the hinge to close properly. So I didn’t even return them I just threw them in the trash and I will try again. So save yourself the cost and effort and done buy these. Unless you desire hinges that remain at least 10 or more degrees open.
