Useful chart for lean body mass measurements.
Worked as described. I used a few online lean mass body fat calculators and compared to this chart. Fairly accurate, well within the average measurement.

Cheap tool that works
This is a great way to monitor your weight loss or weight gain cheaply. I recommend taking your measurements from the same place every time and focusing on if the numbers go up or down. This is not going to get you definitive results like a DEXA scan, but it is quite handy and very cheap.

It’s an ok tool
This is an ok tool to keep track of your body fat and I like to measurement chart. I think the quality can be better for a more durability that can last longer

No click
When using this product, there is supposed to be a click to tell you when to stop squeezing. Due to a manufacturing error/defect, there is no click. In have to try to watch to see when thr little nub goes in the hole. Because of this, I get inconsistent readings. Also the Body Fat % chart is does not give good instructions. I do a % based on 3 locations. It seems that the chart does not support that. I have to plug my mesurments into an online calculator.

Measure’s up to my needs
Got here fast and is exactly as ordered! Both tools serve their purpose and I would suggest this to anybody seeking tools to measure their progress!

Save your money, buy somthing better.
Calipers are useless. Maybe I got a bad one, but the slider is so stiff, and the "click knob" is so sloppy, if you reset the dial, the indicator will bottom out before you even make contact with your skin. I really liked the Accu-Measure one I had before, will order that and throw this away if I can't return.

I've used both the tape measure and caliper various times without any issues. Yes, it's plastic but, you don't have to squeeze to hard to get an accurate reading. I recommend these items for the money, you can't go wrong.

The given scale starts at 2-3mm. And no precision for 1mm... Atleast cheap and got a measurement band for sewing/waists
