The grip on these is very good. The fabric is a little thinner than others I have used, but they are more comfortable and the fit is good.

These are great if you don't have your own mat for a yoga class and don't want to be barefoot in strange territory(!).It's a little bit hard to get my pinky toes situated when I first put them on, and after MANY machine washings, I find the socks twist around some and slip off a little when moving too vigorously from pose to pose. The dots on the bottom of my older Gaiam grip socks have lost some of their stickiness after YEARS of use and repeated MACHINE washings as well. All of this to say (in a backward way) that they hold up quite well!!

Fabric feels nice and very grippy sole. I returned them as the toes were very short making it impossible to spread your toes adequately. I wear a 7:5 shoe and have included photo with tape measure so you can decide if it works for you.

Very comfortable and needed for Pilates.

These are great- the fabric is a good weight and the grippy dots on the bottom work well and don't bother the bottom of my feet. BUT as I walk the sock comes off my last 2 toes and scootches down my heel. I have had this issue before which is strange because my feet are pretty block- shaped and was hoping a good quality back would stay put but they don't . Wear a shoe 8.5 to 9 wide, bought the larger size.

I've purchased less expensive toe socks in the past. They ripped and wore out very quickly. Although these socks cost more, they are definitely better and are I can tell they'll last longer. Bought 2 more pairs so I can wear them for all my workouts.

Comfortable between the toes

I got these for a bar method class since they are much cheaper than the studio brand. But these were pretty worthless for class.The sizing is off. I am a 7.5 and the only option was the Small/Medium. I would have preferred to have a better range like Small-Medium-Large with a sizing chart to help choose. But apart from the sizing woes, this socks is just bad for doing any kind of exercise. All through my bar class it provided no grip for plank or push up. Worse still it kept slipping off and I had to keep pulling them up.I bought a second pair and just returned it because it was useless for my bar class.But while walking around in hardwood or tile floors, there's decent grip to prevent slipping. So I guess it's only meant for wearing around the house. It definitely doesn't help for any form of workout. I would rather spend a little more and buy the studio brand which is pretty amazing in terms of grip and is also perfectly sized.
