Fantastic isolation, very comfortable, great sound. Better than Meelectronics M6 Pro
Man where do I start on these. These are some quality IEM's. For me, isolation is important because that's part of the whole point of IEM's. If I just wanted quality, I could use my headphones or studio monitors. IEM's are designed to be small and lightweight. Read: portable. If I could sit in one place I'd use my studio monitors. Anyway! On we go: I first got into the IEM scene with some VSD1S's which were highly recommended by several websites and many reviews, saying they were worth way more than the asking price. I bought them, instantly didn't like them -- they seemed fatiguing to listen to, weren't very comfortable, and transmitted a lot of sound. Sitting in a library, I could still hear everything, even people whispering. Tried burning them in for 100 hours, still no better. I bought some more "isolating" IEM's -- the Meelectronics M6 Pro's, attracted by the price. I couldn't get those to seal in my ear canals very well and they were not comfortable at all. They sounded decent. But then again, what good are they if they don't isolate and aren't comfy? Enter these SE215's. First time I tried them on, they were noticeably way more comfortable than both other IEM's I'd had. Also, instantly (no burn in) they sounded way better. Other reviewers have said that the bass is "heard, not felt" -- which is true. The bass is there but not "forward" or muddy by any means. Very balanced. Highs are detailed and the imaging is fantastic. Vocals and mids are there but not prominent in any way. I like my music 'flat' and these do that wonderfully. They aren't fatiguing to listen to, and oh BOY do they isolate! In fact, that deserves a whole new paragraph. The isolation is unreal. It's like wearing earplugs, that play music. It's great. I have a video of my cousin trying out these earbuds, and I ask him, "Hey, how's the isolation? Hello? Must be good" and his face the whole time screams 'bliss' with no care in the world. He definitely did not hear me. I was on the plane, and even with the music paused, I still couldn't hear the flight attendant ask, "Chicken or beef?" These definitely are the most isolating earbuds I have ever used. The only place these MIGHT be beat is with droning noises like the jet engine on a plane, where active noise cancelling headphones might beat them. But that's because of how ANC isolates versus how these isolate. (ANC is better with constant noises like droning engine sounds, and these are better where sounds are more 'random'.) In a busy city center, or a subway, or in a loud area, for example, these are hands down superior. tl;dr: These IEM's are wonderfully comfortable (wore them on a 12 hour flight with no issue), have great sound, and isolate better than anything I've ever tried. Definitely worth the money.

GOODBYE TO THE BULKY OVERSIZED HEADPHONES
I’ve been using these for my gaming sessions lately, and honestly, they’ve been a total game-changer. I was looking for something that wouldn't feel heavy on my head after a few hours, and these hit the spot perfectly. The sound is so clear and detailed—I’m picking up on subtle cues in-game that I used to miss with my old headset. Plus, the bass has this really deep, satisfying punch that makes everything feel more immersive without drowning out the important stuff. Why I’m sticking with them: The Silence: The way these block out background noise is incredible. Once I have them in, I can’t hear the hum of my PC or anything else going on in the house. It’s just me and the game. Zero Fatigue: Unlike big over-ear headphones that get hot or feel heavy, I can wear these for a long session and almost forget they’re there. Rock Solid Build: You can tell these were built to last. The detachable cables are a genius move because if I ever accidentally tug on them too hard, I can just replace the cord instead of the whole unit. A quick pro-tip: It takes a second to get used to the "loop over the ear" style, but once you find the right ear tip size, they aren't going anywhere. If you’re a gamer who wants professional-grade sound without the "gamer headset" bulk, I can’t recommend these enough. They’ve made my setup feel so much more refined.

Best bang for your buck as they are the best-sounding earphones of the Shure SE series at this price point
The best in-ear headphones that I've owned in my entire life! Period. I'm no audiophile by any stretch of the imagination - I mostly get my music from Spotify, which I listen for about 6 hours a day (I need to listen to music while I study so yea I'm not exaggerating). Sound quality: These are very balanced and neutral. Like many reviewers have noted, if you love bass-heavy, warmer sounds or other dynamic features these are not for you - these are meant to reproduce the sound as it is in an unforgiving way (although if you properly amplify them through some DACs or headphone amplifiers you can get a pretty good amount of balanced bass, if the audio source provides it). I can't comment much more on the audio quality as I'm no expert or musician/audio technician, etc. but I can say that they have a pretty good sound stage (you can really pick out details in orchestration, especially if you listen to high-quality orchestral recordings) and you get a lot of details from the music. My comparison headphones are the Sennheiser Momentum M2 and some in-ear Bose earbuds but I don't have many earphones to compare this to (I usually use headphones like Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and Audio Technica) Comfort and durability: Very comfortable to wear and do not stick out of your ear so you might be able to sleep on them for a bit, although they eventually get uncomfortable if you sleep on them too long. The around-the-ear cable (sorry I don't know what this form factor is called) provides great support if you are on the move and these headphones will not come out, especially if you get a good seal with the proper foams, so great for working out (although careful about running in the streets with both earphones on as this will cancel out pretty much all ambient noise even at mid-volume). If you are not used to this over-the-ear hook cable It'll take you a little while to get used to putting them on quickly but once you do is second nature (you also don't have to press on the foam tips every time you put them on but it's advised if you want a perfect seal). The headphones and the cable seem very sturdy and my only durability concern is in the connector that goes into the headphones - if you try to wiggle it too much as you put the headphones on and off you can slowly wear it out and it might start failing but you'll be good if you're careful (you can always replace the cable if it breaks anyways). The one thing I wished Shure would do is to sell a good replacement cable with an in-line microphone and 3-buttons control that worked specifically for Android (I believe there's one with only one button and an in-line mic but people have reported that the mic quality is pretty bad and the cable doesn't seem as sturdy) - a lot of people sometime just like to listen to music in their phones casually and don't use fancy amps or DACs with their PCs so that kind of cable would make it more fun and easier to control music when casually listening. In conclusion these headphones will give you the best bang for your buck as they are the best-sounding earphones of the Shure SE series at this price point. If you go higher in the series you might not really appreciate the upgrade as those earphones are meant to be properly amplified (vs. your run-of-the-mill 3.5 mm jacks from integrated sound chips on portable devices) and you gotta feed them higher quality audio sources.
