I never received the two box's of purina fancy feast i ordered and payed for, almost $30.00....who do i contact ?

I try to order but it wouldn't come to saturday and i'm a prime member. it says get it by wednesday for prime. misleading

Prime customer for years ,it comes on time, but now covid 19 plus bad weather,Amazon do all they can.

Is this package as a 24 can case or 24 loose cans.

It has always shipped in a package of 24 cans. Same as stocked at any store I have purchased from in the past. It is a 2 layer box with a slim divider between the 2 layers and then shrink wrapped. I hope that helps.
