Just received this Gi. Quite pleased so far.The material feels solid, should wear well over time. The side ties are attached with a single row of stitches, so I'll be adding a couple more. Not a big deal, that seems to be the industry standard.Good fit. I'm 5'9" and 190 lbs. A little tight through the shoulders, like every other Gi I've had. I figure that's a feature of how Gi's are cut. The pant legs touch the floor, might have the hem taken up if it turns out to be an issue.I'll update this if the fit changes after laundering.

When the uniform arrived, it was neatly pressed and very clean. No blemishes like some other users experienced. I was worried about sizing for this. I ended up going with a size 3. For reference, I'm a female: 110lbs, 5'1. It fit really well. The waist of the pants is all elastic and was slightly tight but not enough that it bothered me. I imagine that it will loosen up over time just from wear. The length was perfect as well, as I wasn't tripping over any excess material. The material overall felt lightweight and very comfortable. It was stiff since it is brand new, but it seems to be pretty good quality for the price. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend for anyone looking for a basic Gi without the heavy price tag.

I have twin sisters that needed uniforms but I couldn’t necessarily afford anything crazy expensive. For the price, these do seem durable and were accurately sized. One sister is a little bigger than the other so we went up a size for her and it fits great. Haven’t washed them much yet so not sure how they will hold up but they seem okay so far and the kids can move around freely.

This fits true to size and didn't shrink a lot when washed and dried. It's made of good thick material. It has held up to several washes and doesn't hold any bad odor.

UPDATE:Approximately 3 months later, 50 sessions in the Karate Dojo and 10 washings the 70lbs 0 Gi is starting to fall apart at the seems. The other 2 Gi's are holding up OK. I know you get what you pay for, so I have gone ahead & sewed up the seems that were coming apart to buy some time. The good news is these Gi's have a chance of survival in a Karate setting. However if it is Judo or Jiu-Jitsu they might last 2 or 3 classes. 3 starsGreat product with a great price. The sizing chart by weight provided before buying is accurate. I ordered 3 Gi's (35lbs 000, 70lbs 0 & 110lbs 2) all are a perfect fit with great quality material. These Gi's are good for Karate. I do NOT recommend them for Judo or Jiu Jitsu. I bought this gi as a replacement for my dad's, which I'd been using for the past 30 years. I chose it based on the multiple purchases, and the high ratings. That said, I was a little apprehensive about which size to order.... I am a 5'2" female, with an athletic build (wide shoulders, arms NOT like toothpicks) -- waist 31", hips 41", inseam 30". I ended up ordering the size 4 (5'6"/150lbs), and that was the right choice.The pants are a tad long-waisted on me, but the length is perfect, just a little bit highwater, and they allow plenty of room for movement. I like that they have both elastic and a drawstring (the pants from my dad's old-fashioned gi only had the drawstring :-D). The jacket fits well across my shoulders, and I could easily wear a couple of t-shirts under it if I wanted. The only thing that's less than ideal with the jacket fit-wise is the position of the ties, which are a bit low on me, and I may end up repositioning them (or not). I do like the weight of the fabric, and hope it doesn't change -- or shrink -- after it's been laundered.I doubt this gi will hold up as long as my dad's did, but overall, I'm happy with this purchase, and I do think it's a good value for the price.

The material is perfect weight, and is tough but with ease of movement. Jacket could be a little bigger around, Sleeve length great, overall length could be longer for the jacket.Overall it is a great product. I just need to get the size figured out to have same pants with a bigger jacket.
