Love this product...... I help's we wake up with energy. It helps you sleep but I didn't have that issue but since I love Melissa aka Lemon Balm i tried it anyway and it woke up with energy... Wowwww great surprise. So I recommended it to others.

I take 2 in the morning and they don’t make me sleepy but I’m so calm through out the day. I have anxiety and even talking to people puts me on edge but this really does work to keep you cool and collected. Wish I would have known about lemon balm sooner.

I sometimes still have trouble falling asleep sometimes. But I seem to be resting better since I started taking these. I don’t wake up as many times during the night.

I'm so happy with this product! I have hyperthyroidism and this stuff is already making a noticeable difference, I'm literally on day 2. I'm still mind blown. Went from no appetite, could go 2 days + without eating no problem before taking this lemon balm, to having a MASSIVE appetite wanting to eat everything. I cleared a FULL plate today and I mean a full plate....and I wasn't even full. I ate more. That's a huge deal for me. This appetite lasted me all day, I was catching myself get hungry and eating constantly and even a friend of mine was like woah you never eat like this LOL Usually I can only eat half a plate and I'm full for hoursss sometimes I'd only eat 1x a day if I did eat that day. Ever since my thyroid issues arised, I lost a ton of weight (60lbs in 3 months), got super skinny and lost the urge to eat. I'm relieved right now with this change alone. It's easy to take, and it's great for my excess mucus.

I would recommend this product for its notable features. The lemon balm leaf extract is a strong selling point. Also, with 1500 mg per serving, it's quite potent. The affordable price is also a huge benefit. However, I think it would be better if the labeling was clearer and if the product absorption could be improved. All in all, it's a good purchase.

I like this product, it’s a good alternative and easier to get than Ex-Stress which is also a good product.
