Very Effective -- I Recommend!
I have been using this for years and noticed an effect immediately, from day one (brain mildly pleasantly itching -- a sense of more calm and confidence and less tension). After a while of taking it daily, it is subtle and in the background. When I run out, I notice its loss -- the first time it happened, I was on edge for over a week, and had no idea why! Because I hadn't bothered repurchasing for that month, and figured I'd be the same as ever. Until it struck me. I take this also partially because I was in the past unnecessarily put onto GABA-receptor-affecting medication, which I feel had a massive negative effect. So this is an attempt to heal that damage, over time. Would have to have had access to brain scans before and after to give you hard science. However, I do physically feel notably better than before, and it definitely helps quality of life and mind, at least.

Apparent, this vitamin helps tweak the Dopamine nerve. I like the overall effect, I think. Piping Rock is a good brand. Great with Prozac and Clozaril.

I have used this for stress relief and it helped me lose weight
Nice price. I can order again if need be. In this case, I wanted to use it to lose more weight. I will let you know how it goes. If I purchase it again.

I had high hopes
It just doesn’t work, no better sleep or less anxiety. I should have known better. Unable to return. Back to a valerian root.
