Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and can’t really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. I’ve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so I’m not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. I was a bit hesitant in making this purchase. I follow a holistic way of living. I refuse putting any artificial hormonal additives in my body. So far, I'm on my third week and I have yet to experience any hot flashes or night sweats which I was suffering from immensely. This my friends is The Real McCoy no placebo affect whatsoever. I’m not usually a big believer in most holistic products, I’ve never really had any of them work like they say they will. But this one…..WOW!! It took just a few days & I was noticing some positive changes already . But again, not being a huge believer I stopped taking the pills after a few weeks to be sure that they’re really working & not some placebo effect. To my surprise, they really were working!!So, I have had night sweats, hot flashes & a few other symptoms for the past 10+ yrs. And I reside on the west coast in a small costal town. On one of our hottest days, temperatures can reach 85°F. So it’s very embarrassing walking around town sweating like it’s 110°F.Once again, I have started taking them in hopes that I would have the same results. So, I was extremely happy & very surprised that once again after only a few days I was experiencing some relief. The night sweats were almost gone completely. Now I’m no longer sleeping in a bedroom called the meat locker & the hot flashes are gone. I am once again able to wear make-up that’s not going to sweat off a few hrs after applying it. I’ve also had some relief with a few of the other symptoms as well.

I've been taking them for 4 weeks with zero change to the hot flashes. I'll finish up the box and will review again if there has been any noticeable change.***UPDATE 3/6: As od 3/2/2025, I have doubled the suggested amount and have quicky noticed a decline in the number of hot flashes per day and decreased severity. I feel more comfortable now going out in public not worrying about the next "attack." LOL

I am a 40 year old African American female that recently entered menopause early on in life due to my partial hysterectomy. Upon my first symptoms I noticed a yellowish liquid like fluid that flowed out my vaginal area and I literally started feeling like a easy bake oven every hour and I was losing my freaking mind along in the process cause looking at Google will have you diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on your way out of here and that’s not to be taken lightly. Anyhoo. My doctor after one look said you’re starting menopause due to vaginal discoloration and also the pain that I complain of from time to time. She prescribed me estridol and I was reluctant to take it after seeing the side effects and the longevity of the medication itself. So I started my own research and came across this gem!!! I read other reviews that stated that women had stories like mine and it worked. I swear after 2 weeks I was praising LORD that there is relief. Before a month No more drainage, discomfort and NO MORE SWEATING!!!!Fast forward to three months later. I got comfortable stop taking them here and there would turn into a week … why because I got comfortable with not having anymore symptoms. That was a big NO NO! Now I’m having regrets that did that. I started flashing and have moisture all the time down below. Now for my guy that a plus but it’s uncomfortable to be moist everyday all day down there. The flashes are unbearable but now that I’m taking it as described again the flashes that were persistent and constant are now far in between and spurts but still exist. I’m coming up on a month and still having symptoms where the initial time I was clear of all symptoms in less than 3-4 weeks. So moral to this review. Don’t get comfortable and miss days to Weeks you will have serious regret like myself. I hope I can get back to complete relief or I may have to look elsewhere or even started the prescribed medication. This sucks!! But I hope this helps!!!!
