Love this for daytime as facial serum.
Beautiful and very absorbable. Does not have a dewy shine to it, which I don't like, personally on a 67 yr old skin. Looks so very nourished and healthy!

Still a favorite!
Annmarie skincare has been my overall favorite go to brand for years! The ingredients are high quality and organic, and while they are definitely pricey, they work! I also find mine last a really long time as I only need a very small amount each use. Love that I found it on Amazon for the free shipping as cost is comparable to actual brand site! Please keep stock!!

Smells very nice to me
Nice lotion, easy to apply, absorbs pretty quickly. Nice scent. It didn't last very long for the price. I probably won't order again, as I prefer other natural ingredients and they are far less expensive.

Love! Love!
This serum has helped clear my skin from little acne and spots. I have been using Rodan and Shields and it never helped with the acne. After the 1st week I started noticing that the acne amount was getting smaller. The smell takes a little getting used to but not that bad. It is definitely worth It! I wasn't expecting this result. I am starting to feel comfortable with the thought of going out without make up which I would never be caught dead going out without make up because of how my skin looked. Love, Love!

Sadly didn’t pass my patch test.
I’m 53, dehydrated, sensitive and prone to psoriasis. While I’m very comfortable with my age, I’m want to look after my face so that it looks as young as it can as long as it can. So, when I was offered the chance to test out a serum which cost £100 for 30ml (as at 3/4/26) which promised to ‘hydrate and revitalise aging skin,’ I said ‘yes please’. WHAT’S IN IT? I’ve attached a photo of the full ingredient list from the box. This serum has a cavalcade of botanicals in it, alongside hydrating ingredients like aloe, glycerin, squalane and hyaluronic acid. I really like that hydrating package, and gladly slather myself with any and all of those ingredients. What gave me more pause was the botanicals. My skin normally tolerates essential oils well, but I normally only apply one of them at a time, because the more actives you apply in one go the more likely your skin is to react. Here we have lavender, copaiba, turmeric and chamomile, alongside fragrance ingredients like citral, linalool and limonene, all of which are low grade skin irritants. What I couldn’t see in that ingredient list was any buffering ingredients to support the skin as it absorbed those actives. DOES IT WORK? Not for me. I conducted a patch test because members of Team Sensitive have to. The first thing I noticed was the smell. The serum has a strong earthy smell, which I think was the lavender and chamomile combination. Some folks would like it, but I found it unpleasant, and made me feel a bit sick even as far away as my forearm. I would hesitate to apply the serum near my nose. More importantly, I’m sorry to say it did not pass my patch test. It didn’t cause redness, but it did leave me with a mild stinging sensation, which led me to conclude that I should not use it on the more delicate facial skin. My face does have some compromised skin and I concluded that it was unwise to put the serum near it. In all fairness it did moisturise my forearm though, and appeared to be evenly absorbed, leaving a gentle soft sheen. I left the serum on there for an hour before washing it off. WOULD I BUY IT WITH MY OWN MONEY? No, but I’m not sure it is really meant for me. I think this is meant for people with mature and stable skin, who enjoy natural ingredients and are willing to pay around £100 for them. People who are sensitive to either scent or actives may wish to proceed with caution and a patch test too, just to be on the safe side.

Beautiful luxury serum
This is a beautiful luxury serum. I love that it is made from clean natural ingredients. The texture is lightweight and nourishing. It absorbs well into my skin and leaves it feeling hydrated and energised! It has quite a strong herbal scent which I really like. It has a pump top for easy mess-free application. The formula is very concentrated so I find that a little goes a long way. I have not been using it long enough to comment on long term results but on first impressions I am very impressed. I love how firm my skin feels after using it and it hasn’t caused me any irritation. It is very expensive, so definitely an investment, but I think it’s worth it considering the quality. I would happily recommend it :)

Annmarie Skin Care Activated Night Serum
The Annmarie Skin Care Activated Night Serum comes in a boxed glass jar with a little pump on the top for ease of dispensing. Getting skincare without nasty ingredients isn't easy, but this one passes muster. There is one ingredient, lavandula angustifolia oil ( fragrance) which may be an allergen for some people, but the rest of the ingredients get the all clear from the Yuka app (an app that rates beauty and food products good, bad or ugly depending on what they contain). This serum falls in the 'excellent' bracket. The directions state to apply at night and follow with a moisturiser. As I always moisturise at night as part of my skincare routine, so this serum was very easy to slot into my usual routine. The serum is of a creamy consistency with creamy colour. It has a herb like scent which I can't say I'd class as a favourite of mine to be honest, I'm more of a floral girl, but it's OK, nothing dreadful. It goes on nicely and absorbs beautifully and quickly into my skin. As previously mentioned, the directions state to follow with a moisturiser and I do feel I would need to this even if the directions didn't state this, as I don't think it's moisturizing enough on my skin on its own, I feel I need that little extra moisturizing boost. Even before moisturizing though, I feel this leaves my skin feeling lovely and smooth, refreshed and vitalised. Being a retinol alternative means it may be a bit gentler on the skin, as some people can react to retinol. I don't have sensitive skin, so this isn't something I personally need to consider when selecting skincare products, and as is the norm for me I've had no issues at all with this serum. As part of my review I have to state whether I think this is good value for money. This isn't easy to say as price is a personal and subjective thing. As much as I like the serum, I can't really see what it is about it that justifies the £100 (at the time of this review) price tag, other than maybe that the ingredients are good. Nevertheless, if an individual really likes it and feels it works for them, I guess this means it would be good value for money for that individual.

night serum
I have slightly oily skin, and I’m definitely closer to retirement than I am to those old “18–30 holidays” they used to advertise everywhere. So anything promising overnight renewal has my full attention these days. I’ve only used this serum a handful of times so far, but I’m already enjoying the feel of it. It has a light, calming scent — lavender and blue chamomile — but it’s gentle enough that it doesn’t interfere with sleep or feel overpowering on the skin. The texture is lovely. It smooths on easily after makeup removal, absorbing without leaving any greasy film behind. For a serum packed with botanicals, squalane, hyaluronic acid, and their plant‑based retinol alternative, it feels surprisingly lightweight. Even in these early days, my skin feels a little softer and more settled by morning. No irritation, no heaviness, just a comfortable, nourished feeling that makes me want to keep using it. It’s far too soon to judge the long‑term results — especially at this price point — but first impressions are positive. It feels luxurious, it behaves well on the skin, and it fits beautifully into a nighttime ritual. This feels gorgeous, it’s behaving beautifully, and I’m enjoying it — but I’ll reserve that final star until I know it truly delivers on its premium promises.
