Can I add this to my nesting boxes for my chickens?

I would not add this to my nesting boxes it is very strong

How many cups would 1 oz be?

We do not sell it in volume - but if I had to guess I would guess maybe less than 1/2 cup - it would depend on how "fluffy" that particular shipment is.

What is this exactly ? the pic looks like pieces of wood . i googled the plant and it isn't a tree , so i am confused .

It looks like our picture was hijacked by another seller. I will update it - the herb DOES NOT look like that. When other sellers get on our listing, Amazon's catalog does this crazy merge with screws up the whole listing. Sometimes we catch it and sometimes we don't. I will fix it =)Update: Actually I just checked - this picture is added by the hijacker seller BR Retail - this is NOT a Raven Moonlight Product. If you look on the listing that we have the same product, our picture is correct. Here it is:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018WSYF1Q

Does this contain thujone?

Ok - I am not sure why this picture shows wood chips instead of Wormwood. I checked our listing and it should show a picture of actual wormwood. Anyway yes it does contain it.
