New Oil Rubbed Bronze Roman Tub Filler Faucet 3-Hole Waterfall Bathtub Faucet with Handheld Shower Head (Style A)

We were cautious about this off-brand plumbing product, but it was just what we were looking for. We have a jacuzzi tub with a fairly standard roman tub faucet set up (Hot water handle, cold water handle, spigot). The problem is when my wife takes a bath, or when she is giving a bath to a youngster a standard roman tub faucet is an inconvenient way to wet and rinse hair. While there are 4 & 5 hole applications (hot/cold/faucet/diverter/sprayer) there are virtually no three hole models out there and I didn't want to add more holes and clutter. This faucet was just the right style for our bath. A couple of notes: 1) The instructions are terrible, so if you are like me you have to take your time to understand what the instructions are telling you (poor grammar; each part is assigned a letter at the beginning of the instructions, but those letters are never used in the actual instructions so similar parts are referred to in the instructions and it is up to you to figure out which similar item to which the instructions are referring; the diverter/handle has 4 hoses that attach, and while the hot and cold are labeled, it is up to you to guess which hole goes to the spigot, and which to the sprayer - though it probably doesn't matter). 2) I think the spacing between our previous three holes was pretty typical (about 6"), but that became a tight fit for the wide spigot on this model. As a result our set up is different from what the manufacturer suggests - (from left to right) is sprayer, spigot, diverter/handle(with the handle facing the back of the tub vice into the tub - otherwise the diverter control would have been blocked by the spigot. We think it looks great, and aside from the poor instructions, installation was really pretty easy and it seems like a quality product.

Very nice constructed unit, but too Red to match rest of bathroom being done in Oil Rubber Bronze color. Could not get past color, although liked construction. Pictures are correct with reddish glow. Also, hoses were 1/4" ID, not 3/8" or 1/2" so do not think will give high GPM, but that is not proved. Would have kept if color was more mainstream.

Seller graciously accepted a return well after purchase time. My new bathtub took months to get ready for the faucet as it was under construction. Rubbed Bronze color ?. This item is very nice and appears well made but is kinda red whine in color. Great Honest Helpful Seller. would buy from again.

I bought this product back in April in November it started to leak. When I have the water on for the main faucet (waterfall) there is still a stream of water going to the shower head sprayer hose. Seams like the gasket inside the knob is back and doesn’t hold the water back anymore. Disappointing because it didn’t last a year. Don’t know how to contact manufacturers. Because Amazon isn’t giving me the option anymore.

My wife wanted a waterfall faucet for the new whirlpool tub installation. The valve and the spout mounted nicely to the tub and the sprayer mounted to the side. Works well.

Missing the shower hose. Instalation instructions are poor. Looks nice though.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the handheld sprayer is off color from the other 2 pieces. It has way more “ red” and almost looks mismatched

I had a custom made jacuzzi bath tub made. The color is a dark tan with a glaze pattern of sage green. This set was the perfect compliment. Love it

I was taking a chance buying a high end finished item from China, knowing the production shortcuts and design flaws that permeate many items that originate there. I've been burned many, many times. However, I'm pleased to say that the quality of this faucet set is outstanding even by western standards! The price was so good it compared with cheap plastic and fake veneer sets from here, but made solidly constructed and immaculately finished. Even the hidden hardware and packaging was high quality. For instance the pieces came individually protected in silk drawstring bags. Now that it's installed it looks great and operates perfectly. I still can't believe what I got for the price. On top of that, when I ordered the faucet set we were beginning renovations and wouldn't be installing for a few weeks which is what I expected it to take just to arrive. However, it was barely a week before it arrived, and I wasn't home to accept it so had to make arrangements with the post office to pick it up a few days later. Well, somehow the company noted that the package was "refused" and called me personally to ask what the problem with the product was and how they could help (the lady who called was just barely fluent enough in English to get this across and it took a long time for me to tell them everything was fine but I was so impressed that they cared enough to try!). Now that it is installed and running I couldn't be more impressed by this company, the pro-active service, price, and quality. Much appreciated JinYuZe!

great product , seam real good quality and work very well. give a great look to my bathroom. sellers is very helpfull . I have a huge double bath and give enough gpm to fill it qickly ( about 10 min) I recommand it !
