I’ve been taking the these capsules for a while now, and I can honestly say I swear by them. The high-strength formula delivers and I find them ideal for supporting heart, brain, and eye health. I did a lot of research on the best brand to buy fish oils. I wanted a product that wasn't also packed with omega 6, since a Western diet gets loads of that anyway due to seed oils and a poor omega 6 to omega 3 ratio can be pro inflammatory. 2 capsules gives you quite a high dose, so I tend to take 1 a day, or 2 if I miss a couple of days over the weekend. These have been sat in my desk drawer for a few weeks and they don't smell, they are sizable but that is to be expected of the dose, and they are easy to swallow with water. I bulk bought a few packs and they have lasted really well as the packs are fully sealed.

Can't say much on Omega-3 efficacy but pills although large are very easy to swallow.

I have bought this and the liquid version on and off for a number of years. It really does work, its worth the investment if you are on the fence, not the cheapest but really effective results after a short time. I would take it more regularly if it was cheaper. With this version, there is no issues with any after taste or smell, the capsules are easy to swallow and health benefits do show after a few weeks.

Spot on for omega3 nutrition- expensive price point… but so much better than your cheaper off the shelf omega3s

I was looking for Omega-3 tablets that do not smell of fish and do not have the aftertaste of fish for my autistic child. This works as well for my second daughter, as she does not eat fish and can't deal with smells. And it works for my partner as he can't have big capsules, but this one is easy to swallow. Thank you for developing this.

Good product but it turned rancid with bad fishy smell after 3weeks of opening it. I had to throw away the rest!
