Q: If I have a toggles switch, when switching from on to off be a keystroke?

No it will repeat very quickly while on i tried same thing for a ignition switch on a iracing ... did not work needed a momentary N/O switch

Q: How can i get the 104 diy cables?

On amazon. They sell packs of 5-20 on here

Q: How many concurrent keys does this board support? How large is the key buffer?

Full keyboard is represented, believe there’s a photo of the key map that’s printed on the back of the pcb. Buffer is instant from what I can tell. Currently using one in a custom controller for flight sims.

Q: Mine wont register any buttons what do i need to do is there a schematic ?

Mine works. It shows one green led and one red led lit. The green is the one closest to the USB end and the red is also the one closest to the USB end. It does appear to be sensitive to what USB cable is used. The one it came with, in addition to being too long for my application, did not work. Also, if you plug it into a Windows computer it should indicate that a new keyboard is connected. For a quick test just plug one wire into any of the white connections and start notepad. Touch the two metal ends together and you should see a letter appear in notepad. If you hold the metal ends together that letter should repeat.
