RectorSeal Nokorode 14000 Paste Flux, Cleans and Fluxes, Plumbing, 1.7 oz.

Was trying my first plumbing project and picked this as one of the accessories needed for the task. The flux worked well and as a new bee it worked well and was able to suck the soldier well into the pipe.

If you need paste for flux this is the ticket and rectorseal... There's nothing else to say rectorseal is awesome This company rocks I don't think they make anything bad everything they touch turns to gold I think they just happen to have a great think tank at that company

As usual this is the old school standby for stained glass construction. It works perfectly on lead came and zinc. I can always count on it's performance.

I use the flux for small stained glass projects. It goes on easily, almost too easily, even when I carefully apply it the stuff gets everywhere. The consistency is a watery petroleum jelly. The color is more apple butter (amber) than the usual light yellow. It burns very cleanly and doesn’t leave that crusty stuff that rosin flux does. Sometimes it leaves small blackened specks that wipe off with no trouble. Any flux that isn’t burnt during soldering leaves a thin film of ‘Vaseline’ behind that comes off with rubbing alcohol or dish soap. I’ve used it with 63/37, 96/4, and 60/40 with great results. The solder flowed smoothly and evenly for all of them. It is a great flux for stained glass, just be forewarned that it’ll get all over the place but it’s easy to clean up. Happy soldering!

I needed to resolder part of a side-by-side shotgun rib that had come loose near the barrel flats, and this requires a non-corrosive flux to prevent the space under the rib from oxidizing and rusting through. This NoKorode flux fit the bill exactly. It spreads easily, it allowed the solder to flow beautifully, and the repair was made without issue or corrosion to the barrels of this 100-year-old shotgun. I'll be using it again on any rib re-lays in the future.

Needed to s joint that was leaking on my boiler- This flux seems to work just fine but what I had to do!

It works good, like it should as long as all your connections are clean.

Rectorseal is an excellent flux material. The only downside is how small the container is, I thought it was much bigger.

Ich habe das Produkt in einem Video über Löten gesehen und habe es bei Amazon bestellt. Das Lötmittel ist pastös und gut aufzubringen. Das Lot verläuft sehr gut, und die Reinigung der Lötstelle ist in Seifenwasser kein Problem.
