Works great! Every baker will love this!
I love to bake but there's only my husband and myself so we've had a problem with breads, pastries et al developing mold after a few days. I was forced to make half recipes because I didn't dare leave things out. Then I decided to try this mold inhibitor. Son of a gun! All of a sudden my problems with mold ruining my baked goods was .a thing of the past! I could make a loaf of bread, leave it on the counter in a bread bag and it would last for a week without growing pesky molds!Best of all this product doesn't affect the taste or texture of anything I've baked. I recommend this product to anyone living in areas that are humid or who have issues with mold growing on their foods. You will be very pleased with this inhibitor!

Reduces Mold on Baked Goods
I use it to make muffins for the horses. Helps keep mold from forming on baked goods. Doesn't take but a few grams, so 8 oz is going to last you a long time. Well packaged.

Keep mold at bay
So far, product is working great for my low carb, gluten free baked items. Using alternative flour blends requires to keep mold down. About 2% seems to be working.

Extends life of homemade bread
It does what it's supposed to do.Home-made bread takes longer to get moldy. My bread would last about 4 days before mold started to appear, so I would freeze it. With this additive, it's now been over a week with no mold visible. One warning: the powder is very fine, and when you try to open the bag or spoon out some of the compound, it tends to fly out and get everywhere.I recommend removing it from the bag and storing in a wide-mouthed sealable jar to reduce mess.I chose sodium proprionate over calcium so that I could use it with baking powder in cakes, etc. It's much more expensive than buying in bulk, but I guess that's the price of convenience of having a small amount.
