I received my 12 crusts broken in pieces. Should I send them back?

I have been using Keebler pie crusts for decades now. This package came with [12] and only a few had small cracks in the side crust. Nothing major and was pleasantly surprised. I know how shipping can be!!! Will purchase from this seller again as it came in one box and then a 2nd one. Very nice and just love Keebler!!

I even froze mine to keep. Great even better than when you go to the store because it hasnt been toughed by many hands and not out of stock. You keep a good supply at home. Still wash and dry the lid because dust and other things still touch the part that you have on the pie.

I don't know what happened to these graham cracker crusts, but they used to be a nice dark color and had a great taste. Not molded together, but a nice crumble in your mouth. When you got them from the store, they always seemed fresh and rarely were they broken. Now however, they are always broken! I bought one and saw the date was way out ahead, so figured it was fresh. Got it home to make a dessert for company, and the entire bottom was cracked all the way around. You might say that's an anomaly, but it's not! I went back to the store and checked every single one, by lifting the paper to check and all 15 or so the store had were cracked all the way around the bottom, and some up the sides. So again, you may say rough handling at that particular store. Not so! I went to three different grocery stores and every single crust was cracked. Talk about frustrating. Then I tasted it, and it's dreadful in my opinion. Nothing at all like it used to taste or look. I'll never buy another one. I will make my own, but even the graham crackers and crumbs are nothing like in the past. I used to buy the cinnamon graham crackers and they had a lot of cinnamon and were a deep rich color and ever so tasty. Now they are a poor imitation of that. Those elves need to go into retirement and a whole new staff needs to be assembled. If you can't do better than what is out there, don't sell them at all. Extremely disappointed!
