We purchased this ahead of a trip in May. The case sat from February to May without being used. On my second trip the expandable fabric tore away from the hard case when I attempted to zip the case up. The case didn't even need to have the expansions extended. I was not too full to zip. There is not warranty support identifiable on the Amazon site other than the 30 day return/exchange.

So far so good. Haven’t used enough to rate durability.Bought for my son to upgrade his “kids” suitcase to one with a long enough handle for me to use when he gets sick of dragging it. Excellent rolling and maneuverability. The Mickey design is cute.

So Lightweight, hope it will be sturdy. Love the look and love that it has organizer bags. Lots of room love that you can pack on both sides m. Only complaint is that the side with a zipper on the bottom is missing a zipper pull. Like the four wheels they spin easily and the pull out handle works well. The two handles on the to and side are a plastic hoops they last. Other than that I love it. I will be using it this next week for a five day trip. Overall love it!

I bought this for a 2 week trip and it was great! It passed carry-on standards on the airline and, on the way home, I filled it up, used the expansion zipper, and checked it and it was in perfect condition. The only minor negative was it was a little heavy because we carried it when walking to the train station in a cobblestoned city (rolling it was really loud!).
