opened, used and not working
I am writing to express my concern regarding the Clean + Easy Electrolysis Device (Order ID: [Insert your order ID]) that I received this morning. While I appreciate the care taken in packing the shipment, I was shocked to find the following issues upon opening the outer packaging:The product box was not sealed as new; it appeared opened.The box looked very old, almost as if it had been used before.Stickers on the box were covered by other empty stickers, giving the impression that the item was resold.Regarding the device itself, I cannot confirm if it is functioning properly at this time, as the needle seems almost gone.
