Great fit!
Had one exactly like this one on my car but the previous owner messed up the throttle plate screw threads. Bought this to replace it. Direct bolt on with all the hardware necessary! Plug and play (need to swap over your tps and map sensor) . Just remember to do an idle relearn after messing with the TB and adjust your tps. 100% love it!

Does NOT fit Honda F22
Great product but does not fit the f22(A1,A4 or A6). From the website and Amazon listing - "Throttle Body for Honda B16/ B17/ B18/ B20/ D15/ D16/ F20/ F22/ F23/ H22 and H23 engines in its exclusive, fine shot-blasted surface finish. Skunk2âs Alpha Series Throttle Body is designed to be used with Skunk2âs Pro Series Intake Manifolds as well as OEM"Also the used box option didn't get a very good inspection, the box was missing the gasket and all included hardware.
