Big Book of BBQ Tricks: 101+ Tricks, Secret Ingredients and Easy Recipes for Foolproof Barbecue & Grilling

I just received my hardcover copy of Bill's new "Big Book of BBQ Tricks," book, and I am already half-way through it! Solid info here, backed by Bill's vast experience. Loving all of the line art and details throughout his book. Of course, the recipes are the secret ingredient that makes this book a lifetime addition to my outdoor cookbook collection. OK, back to reading the book; I am at the Luis Mata from Meat N' Bone interview and can't wait to read the other BBQ master interviews Bill slipped into the book :-)

Bill shares his extensive knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and full of practical tips to help you master BBQ! I have a few of his other books and I want to purchase them all!

The Big Book of BBQ Tricks covers much more than just grilling recipes. It covers side dishes, desserts, cheeses and more. No kitchen should be without this book!

Real good book.

I was so excited when I heard Bill was coming out with another cookbook! BBQ is the unofficial food of the south. We've been grilling more often during the pandemic so this came out at the perfect time, and it's so well organized (I need all the help I can get when it comes to grilling and cooking). I'm really looking forward to trying the Slap Yo Mama BBQ Chicken, Sugar-Crusted Savory Salmon and Hot Spot S'mores. That's the best part, there's something in there for everyone, from main courses of meat, chicken or seafood to appetizers, sides and desserts.

As the name states, the book has a lot of great tips, tricks and info for the backyard grill warrior that's just beginning up through the que-expert. I found myself saying "why didn't I think of that?" more than a few times while reading this. Nice selection of recipes is included and I look forward to trying many of these. Overall this a great addition to my collection and has a lot of reference material that I have already started bookmarking. I will also be gifting this book to several of my buddies.
