Great for what it is! That's 1st - This is a cotton kilt, not fancy wool, it's for honoring heritage, dressing up etc. on a budget - NOT a true tartan kilt - but they didn't sell it as that. A good kilt like this costs many hundreds - my budget doesn't allow for that, but I wanted a kilt for Ren. Fair - this worked perfectly - You need to know that these fit ABOVE the beltline - for those of us with bellys, that's critical info - size accordingly - I ordered mine much bigger than needed and the velcro took up the slack just fine - don't want breezes in the front for sure! - that was a good strategy I would recommend - I have a 38" waist, but my belly is another matter - I don't remember what size I ordered, but it was 2 sizes bigger than they recommended and I'm glad I did - that said, this made the side buckles not exactly where they should be so I had to move them to make it fit right. I also had to hem my kilt as it was a couple of inches too long - that's not really a problem for most, but I didn't want my kilt below my knee and get accused of being a "liar and a braggart"! The side pockets are GREAT and not normally included at this price point, that was why I bought this one -- it might help you to know that the back pocket flap is just for show - no pocket there. All in all, it's a very comfortable and soft starter kilt.

Great product! Not super quality material, but it did the job for my husband’s first time at the Ren Faire. The fit was true to size and with some accessories it was very much passable.

I couldn't be happier with this kilt. This is the first year I wore a kilt for St. Patrick's Day, and I will forever wear one. I got a ton of compliments on it! It fits great and was very comfortable!

This makes a perfect gift for my 6 foot 8 husband. The pockets make it perfect!

Thin and a bit cheap looking and craftsmanship

I needed this right away and this was the only one besides a black and white one so I ordered it. It was good quality for my boyfriend. He loved it!

Barely costume quality. Extremely thin material and all of the buttons fell off straight out of the packaging before even attempting to put it on. And once the buttons were sewn back on in their original places the placement of them left the front of the kilt wide open. The pockets were also placed oddly as they are on your backside not at your sides. Would not recommend.
