When it comes to learning valuation, McKinsey's Valuation is an absolute classic. Begins by giving you the paradigm of managing valuation and then continues with valuation methodologies. A must read and learn for anyone serious about high finance.

I'm profesor of Finance. In this University edition the Instructor and Student Companion Site does not exist, so far.

Although valuation is not a simple exercise, neither is it rocket science!

That's not what you expect of a new book. The package should be a box, no the recycling package.

Veru good Book, with concepts and cases. Better than past Editions

The content and price I would like to give 5 star, but the cover was a bit damaged on arrival. I see others might also have the same issue.
