Would give zero stars if I could
The shipping box crappy and was ripped up but I hoped that the pieces would be intact, nope. Multiple pieces are broken completely across and chipped and now I can’t even return it easily because the stupid “original packaging” is ripped up. Super annoyed and disappointed. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing don’t make my mistake!

The instructions don't match the actual pieces, and some pieces were warped.I've purchased this brand in the past and it was a great product. This time the instructions did not match the product, the listed pieces were different than the actual pieces used, the wood pieces were not labeled by part #, and one of the main pieces was warped.Customer service was slow. Once together it works okay, but unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

Missing tools, broken shelf, conector bad shape
The media could not be loaded. Very poor quality, missing hex key and screw driver (part7271) and the most important, no customer service, not even the main web page of the seller
