(Updated, see bottom)This is the second time I bought something from Amazon after ignoring so many bad reviews about the product. Again, I got exactly what everyone was warning me about. It seems like I'm the first person to rate this, which is confusing because I read plenty of reviews saying not to buy this dresser. The seller I bought it from is "Home and Living, Inc."The only positives about this dresser are the price, being fully assembled (big plus) and aside from major structural damage, the cherry finish and overall style is very appealing. However, the drawers are SUPER shallow (4" deep if that). You're not going to be putting your jeans in this thing...I was excited when I first took it out of the box because it just looks good and I really didn't want to spend two hours inserting part A into slot B, but that excitement lasted only as long as it took to take it out. It was damaged in several places, but not from shipping it. The damage it sustained could have only been a result of poor assembly and cheap design.The baseboards were separated from the frame in the front, no big deal. However, the internal "skeleton" that supports the drawers was badly cracked. Not only that, but a front cross-bar was also separated from the side, which it was probably supposed to be drilled into from inside, but all I noticed was darkened glue residue. No loose fasteners were anywhere to be found in the box it arrived in. This caused the middle drawer that was resting on the broken part to droop by more than an inch, pulling the middle-right dresser with it and making the whole thing look like M.C. Escher designed it. The first few times we opened one of the drawers, one of the handles popped off. I still can't get it back on, but I don't want to touch anything for fear of damaging another part of it.The drawers are guided by a VERY thin upside-down "T"-shaped plastic runner under the middle of each drawer. It creates a ton of friction, wobbles and makes the drawers VERY hard to open and close. After a few times opening/shutting them I was already regretting buying it JUST for that reason. And if you pull one of these drawers out just a little too far, you're not going to be able to blindly pop it back in. It's going to take you a few minutes every time. A roller-guide mechanism would have done wonders, and it wouldn't have cost them another $5 per dresser, even after assembly costs.I just got word from the seller. They want me to send them pictures of the damage so they can "determine a disposition". I've never returned anything from Amazon, so I hope I'm covered if the seller decides they're only going to offer me a partial refund or even worse, make me pay to ship it back.Do yourself a favor. Cross this dresser off your list. If it arrives undamaged it will still be a pain in the butt every day.Update: The seller contacted me and gave me a full refund without having to send any pictures OR the dresser back. I would now consider buying from this seller again (as long as the reviews of the product were positive...)

I LOVE this dresser!!! It looks far more expensive than it was. The delivery service brought it right into my home for me. Some other reviews said they only do curb side service but their confirmation email says they will bring it in, and they did.It was extremely well packaged. I carefully removed all of the cardboard and cut the box open Inspected it for damage, there was none. It is perfect. The drawers aren't very deep, but I knew that before ordering it. They also do not come out completely - probably a safety feature. I was disappointed that the drawer pulls did NOT match those on the two nightstands. Both were from the Louis Phillippe III collection and from the photos, you can't tell the difference. So, I'll have to spend more money just to get 10 matching handles.It comes with a kit to secure the dresser to the wall so if a child should climb on it, it won't fall over. It was missing the "L" shaped piece that is needed to attach it to the wall. I am okay with that because I don't have any small children.If you plan to buy the rectangular shaped mirror to go with the dresser, be aware that it will not fit with the tall side up, you have to mount it with the short side up. The dresser comes with mounting brackets that are pre-attached. They don't fit when the mirror is upright. Even so, it looks good the other way. Overall, I love this dresser - it's in my guest room and looks so elegant. I was also surprised at how tall it is! Wish it was in my bedroom!

I liked that it was assembled but we did have to reverse the handles to be on the outside not the inside which is a good way to protect the dresser and handles while in transit.

This dresser is absolutely beautiful. It is heavy and sturdy, and really doesn't require much assembly at all. The drawer handles are inside the drawers, so you just have to flip them around. That's it! The downside, however, is also that there is no assembly, because the drawers cannot be removed (safety feature only allows one open at a time), and the dresser is ~200lbs. The delivery worker would not come into the house to help us place it upstairs (this may be COVID related though; I'm not sure) so it was VERY difficult for me and my father to get it upstairs by ourselves. Definitely have two strong people around to help you move it upon arrival!Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase. It just would be nice to have a service for actual placement with the delivery.

Dresser came already assembled and didn’t have any damage to packaging. They lost the dresser when I ordered it but replaced it quickly. I did notice slight cracking, I’m not sure if it’s the paint that’s cracking or the actual boards but nothing major like others. It’s very sturdy. I bought it for my sister and she had some Target dressers. This one is way better than those. It’s also appealing to the eye and brings her room together. We were able to put her 55” tv on top. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase. I’ll do an update if anything changes.
