no fit
it would be nice to have a photo of inside of handle, to determine if would fit over cartridge sleeve. Regrettably tossed when I should have returned for a refund. Off to HD and hardware stores.

It fit
I live in an older apartment with old fixtures. I have arthritis in my hands and the shower faucet handle became hard to turn water off and on. Management had a difficult time finding one that fit. I found this one that said it was for older tubs and ordered it myself and it fit. Now it is much easier to turn the knob and not as painful to my hands.

Perfect fit!
While I think the handle is ugly, if fit perfectly and looks much better than the vice grips that were being used previously. At $20 for a piece of plastic is a lot yet there weren't any other options.

Make sure you know what the INSIDE of the knob looks like!!!
They need to show the INSIDE of these knobs so we can tell if the screw hole is centered or off center.I couldn't use this one because it was not centered.

Worked perfectly on my older offset Delta shower handle
My faucet was installed in 92' and i needed a replacement Delta handle with the offset screw. This baby fit absolutely perfect! "LLLLLike a glove!"

I am so glad that I could find it and replaced a 30 years old one. The transformation of new look is so delightful. It is easy to replace it.
